Principes généraux: - L'équipe fournit l'énergie pour les cyclistes, ainsi que de fournir des équipements pour soutenir la formation et la réhabilitation des cyclistes. Objectifs généraux: - Créer les conditions exelentes formation, compétition et de récupération pour les cyclistes. - Maintenir une bonne ambiance au sein de l'équipe. S16 objectifs: - Créer une situation financière durable; - Faire évoluer le personnel technique et de l'équipement de l'équipe; - Avoir une équipe compétitive à chaque course. _________________________________________________ Equipa criada na S16. Principios Gerais: - A equipa fornece a alimentação para os ciclistas, bem como fornece o equipamento de apoio ao treino e recuperação dos ciclistas. Objectivos Gerais: - Criar exelentes condições de treino, recuperação e competição para os ciclistas. - Manter bom ambiente dentro da equipa. Objectivos S16: - Criar uma situação financeira sustentável; - Evoluir o staff técnico e o equipamento da equipa; - Ter uma equipa competitiva em todas as corridas. _________________________________________________ Team created in S16. General principles: - The team supplies the power for cyclists, as well as provide equipment to support the training and rehabilitation of cyclists. For Your Information, I send a message to all ex-riders of EFAPEL in order to know if they, at the end of their contract, have some interest in re-join EFAPEL. I notice that question creates a lot of stress and questions. My mistake for sure. I apologize for that. I'm really upset about all the questions that a simple and honest question creates. I'm the only responsible for this situation, the riders have nothing to do with that, and I never intend to cause any damage to no one, but I realize this is.... complicated, so, accept my apologies.
